As a fourth year teacher at Balfour Collegiate, I have exciting opportunities and unforeseen challenges everyday. (“Hey Sarah, do you want to team teach AP English with me next semester?”/ “Hey Wandy! Could you coach our improv team?”/ “Sorry Ms. Wandy, I can’t afford to go on our choir trip. Can I still come?”/ “Good morning, Could you help me sign into my Google Drive account?”) On top of that, I’ve decided to tackle a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Regina. Both of these adventures consume the majority of my time in a day, so I have to choose how to spend the rest of my time wisely. (“Should I exercise tonight? If I do that, I will need take a shower and I definitely don’t have time for that. I should really get a head start on my university paper, but I should make supper first. Oh, wait! My incredible husband, Mark, has already done that. Score! Do people still say score? End this tangent, Sarah. You have things to do!) If only there were 25 hours in a day.
I could finally finish the Harry Potter series.
I could call my grandma. I miss her.
I could learn to play guitar.
Maybe if I blog about it, it will happen? Follow along to find out.
